Fertilizer is mixed by a certain percentage of fertilizer and pesticide formulations, and through a certain process and production of pesticides and fertilizer compound. Modern agriculture is supported and drove by powerful technology, in order to achieve sustainable development of agriculture, herbicide fertilizer is a new attempt. It can make the two steps into one field. This paper studied the preparation of the coated slow release fertilizer, and the slow release character was evaluated. It prepared the effervescent granular fertilizer by using coating technique and discussed the effects of the effervescent granular on the parcel layer performance of disintegration, On the basis of the effervescent granules and slow release particles, it prepared medicine fertilizer with allometric diffusion, and discussed the release mechanism of herbicide and nutrient release, The adsorption performance of zeolite powder on bensulfuron methyl is also discussed. The results were listed as follows:(1) The slow release granular sustained release layer thickness and structural features are in line with the performance characteristics of the release parcel fertilizer requirements, the structure layer into contact with layers of arrangement and pore shape structure, a good suppression of moisture and nutrient flow into the role, According to the mensuration slow-release particles can be up to6.6h slow-release time above, nutrient release rate at about37%, Slow release particles leaching of experiment proved slow release particles package dense layer, lead to water into the surround of slow, part of the urea dissolve, diffuse outwards, make its dissolution rate changes a waveform.(2) The preparation of fertilizer granule containing pesticide was researched with phosphoric acid as acid source in the effervescent system. Results showed that the optimum treatment was that used magnesite and zeolite adsorbing phosphorus acid as coated material, and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose water solution as adhesion agent. The average granule intensity was17.7N. the kinetic equilibrium of methylene blue in the granule was30s, which was1/6of the kinetic equilibrium in non-effervescent granule. The release kinetics of methylene blue in the effervescent granule was described by two-constant and Logistic equations. The preparation of fertilizer granule containing pesticide was researched with polyvinylpyrrolidone as binder in the non-aqueous system. Results showed that the release rate of methylene blue of effervesce fertilizer granule in non-aqueous system was higher than aqueous system, The non-aqueous system increased the available component of acidity and basicity in the effervescent granular. The release kinetics of methylene blue of the effervescent granule in non-aqueous system was described by two-constant and Logistic equations. With calcium carbonate as alkali in the effervescent system achieve the release balance in60s, far faster than the effervescent system with granule of fertilizer granule containing herbicide.(3) With reactively mineral coated fertilizers as fertilizer source, ethanol solution of polyvinyl pyrrolidone as binder, zeolite powder containing phosphoric acid and calcium carbonate as effervescent formulation, pesticide and fertilizer granules with characteristics that pesticides can be released at different rate were manufactured by inclined turntable granulator. The strength of particles attained13.5N and release time of Methylene blue reached60s. Release dynamics of methylene blue can be described by Double constant equation and Logistic equation. The leaching result of fertilizer source mineral coated fertilizers of fertilizer granule containing herbicide with differential release characteristics shows that Urea was released slowly in early stage of leaching and the release rate was enhanced significantly in the later period. It indicates that coated layer had certain limitations on nutrient release. At the same time, micro-morphology of coated layer observed by scanning electron microscope with different multiplying power have confirmed the result.(4) The most important is that it saves labor and reduces the time and energy consumption. Abstract in order to evaluate the dispersant effect of zeolite in the application of fertilizer-herbicide granule production, the batch experiments were conducted to study adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics characteristics of BSM in water solution on zeolite. Results showed adsorption equilibrium data well significantly fitted to Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms. The theoretical saturated capacity was0.401g/kg. Lagergren’s pseudo-second-order, Elovich models were found to best represent the adsorption data. Kinetic analysis demonstrated the adsorption rate was governed by liquid film diffusion. Positive ΔH,ΔS and negative ΔG indicated the adsorption as spontaneous, endothermic and entropy driven.
