Rocky desertification is mainly manifested as the process of change——"soil erosion and the stone outside". The share of human factors is the key to understand the process of rocky desertification and ecological governance, which also can alleviate the impact of human activities on the rocky desertification as well as the global environmental change. Extracted the karst rocky desertification and used GIS to get the human factors contribution with the karst rocky desertification in this study. It can analysis and interprets the development of rock desertification by using IDRISI software under the consideration of the contribution of human factors on rocky desertification. On one hand, this study is a useful attempt on driving force scale, on the other hand, it has important scientific value and strategic significance in improving the ecological environment and promoting the regional sustainable development, as well as in replying to the regional response under the influence of the global change. We get the following conclusions through research:(1) In the course of studying on the village unit, there is no significant correlation between years for education and rocky desertification. It is mainly due to the overall lower years of education and overall educational background.(2) The relationship is obviously significant between the economic and population distribution and the rocky desertification on the village unit. Population pressure and economic pressure is the important factor leading to rocky desertification development with the full liberalization of the population movements and economic development, the rocky desertification change in the region deserves continuous attention.(3) The IDRISI system-based simulation and prediction results can be seen that the model has a certain degree of rationality for the simulation of rocky desertification, with the accuracy of58%. The effectiveness of the simulation based on the IDRISI system can be enhanced through the development of system software and model improvements.(4) The study involves driving force on village basic unit, and the effect of simulation and prediction is basically feasible. Different driving factors and different simulation results are obtained and displayed on different research scale. Also it needs for further study in the next step.
