The SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction,SCR) technology is widely applied forits stable performance,high denitrification efficiency and low ammonia escapeefficiency In the existing technology conditions at present. The SCR deNOx willbecome international main trend technology in flue gas denitrification at present andin the future in a quite long time.As the SCR denitrification technology wildlyapplied in our country , the importance of SCR catalyst is gradually known by people.How to maintain the SCR catalysts,keep its high activation,prolong its life and reducethe operation cost is became the important problem urgently.A kind of in-situ activation experiment process has been designed for thepoisoned catalyst in this research topic. Because the existing off-line SCR flue gasdenitration process is high cost and takes a lot of work and has manyinconveniences,etc. . Basing on the previous SCR flue gas denitrification technologyand combining with engineering practical application, we have developed a newcatalyst in-situ activation process and improved the activation fluids formula inexperiments and obtained 7 kinds of activate fluids formulas.Through theexperimental analysis contrasting,comparing the activated efficiency anddesulfurization efficiency of different activated catalysts,combining the actualconditions and activation cost in coal fired power plants, find out a better activatefluids formula and its supporting process. After the activation of the activate fluidsthe activity of deactivated catalyst attains to 82% of the fresh catalyst’s activity.TheSO2/SO3conversion percent of the two catalysts were close to also.For this reason,thecatalysts were activated by the activate fluids can meet the engineering need.This technology is first at home and abroad, it can make up the deficiency of theoff-line activation process and extend the life of catalysts and save the denitrificationoperation cost.
