| In recent years, with the in-depth study of the fluorescent conjugated polymer, fluorescence conjugated polymers based fluorescent chemosensor has been developed rapidly. Especially, after the T. M. S wager study group report series poly (phenylene ethynylene)s PPEs with rigid pentiptycene structure in 1998, which provdes a larger space to achieve high sensitivity for detecting explosives. The progress, category and electronic structures of fluorescence conjugated polymers are introduced in the first chapter. Also, the mechanism of signal amplification and the application in sensing are reviewed in detail as well.and sets out the structure, features and applications of the polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxanes (POSS), as well as, the performance of the organ-ic/inorganic hybrid molecules containing POSS was in introduced. We mainly do the following work:First, three kinds of novel fluorescent conjugated polymers the PPE 1,2,3 was synthesized via Sonogashira coupling method. This has not seen reports at home and abroad. These copolymers were characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR, XRD, GPC, analy-ticcal methods on the structure of polymers, Identified as the target product.Secondly, These copolymers were characterized by UV-Vis, fluorescence emission spectra analytical methods on the properties of polymers, The results showed that:PPE 1,2,3 showed excellent fluorescence properties, high fluorescence quantum yield.Thirdly, this detailed study of that the fluorescent effect of the Nitro compounds TNT and the synthetic polymers in chloroform solution. The results showed that PPE 1, 2,3 had good quenching sensitivity of TNT, Linear fit of the quenching plots afford Stem-Volmer constants(K) of 6.7×105M-1, 1.29×106M-1, 6.8×105M-1 for intrinsic fluorescence emission of the PPE 1,2,3. And the fluorescence quenching efficiency with TNT concentration curve shows a nonlinear relationship. Finally, these copolymers were characterized by TGA on the thermal stability of polymers, TGA test show that the PPE 2,3with POSS in the side chain is significantly higher than the PPE 1 in the thermal stability. Solubility test shows that PPE 1,2,3 both have good solubility. |
