Heat transfer process achieved by heat exchanger is an important unit in chemical industry production installation process, frequent scaling caused by alkali water in heat exchanger effects heat conductivity and energy consumption in cyclohexanone installation process which leading to influence the quality and output of the production and stable operation for long period at the same time. This research uses high speed microvortex, shear stress and ultrasonic coagulation during ultrasonic transfer solve scaling problem for heat exchanger in oxidize section by high efficient advanced ultrasonic descaling technique, reducing the emission of greenhouse gas such as carbon dioxide, keeping equipments work under none scaling situation and also avoid secondary pollution from chemical descaling by reducing the usage of chemical agent which will bring significant environment benefit with economic benefits. |
