Hole drilling is difficult in machinery manufacturing,deep-hole drilling is difficult inhole drilling, that shows the deep-hole processing technology has many drawbacks. As one ofthe most expensive processing technology, Many domestic deep-hole processing equipmentsare imported. However hole processing occupied third of all mechanical processing, thedeep-hole processing occupied more than forty percent of the hole processing. Thus we cansee that the deep-hole processing plays an important role in the manufacturing industry. Atpresent, cooling and lubrication difficult, scraps discharge difficult is still the short board ofthe deep-hole processing technology, if a breakthrough can made in these aspects, it willbring great convenience to manufacturing. So the research in near-dry is very meaningful. In this paper, the main contents are as following:(1) Eulation chip with FLUENT software in different condition and gain differentnegative pressure. Traditional wet processing use cutting fluid to produce negative pressure, and near-dry use air.We can see from the simulation , both of them can have a negative effect, and the effect of near-dry is better.(2) Sudy on working mechanism of the atomizer. Atomizers are signs of near-dryprocessing in contrast to other processing, cutting fluid runoff from the atomizer, then throughthe "capillary" into the cutting zone in the form of small droplets cooling, lubricating. Highspeed of atomization accelerate the chip’s breaking and removal. In addition, analysis of thefactors of fluencing the negative effect with mechanical knowledge, providing a basis for thedesign of atomizer.(3) Build the mathematical model of the chip and improve the struct. Based on themathematical model of knowledge, obtain the factors influencing the effects of negativepressure, provide a theoretical foundation for the improvement of chip. On the basis of theoretical knowledge, the chip structure has been improved, and simulateed with FLUENTsoftware.
