But the traditional conductive paint use the VOC (volatile organic compounds) as solvent,led to a serious environmental problems.Water-borne Conductive Paint is the development of future coating, and has a very broad development prospects.This paper reviewed the development of conductive paint at home and abroad,introduced the basic categories and conductive mehcnaims of conductive coatings. It contains two kinds: conductive coatings of structural type (intrinsic conductive paint) and conductive coatings of blended with type. Mainly introduced the composition of conductive coatings of blended with type,the influence factors and the applications of conductive coatings of blended with type. Put forward the future direction of the conductive coatings.The prospect of this technology is also presented.This paper used water-based acrylic resin and epoxy resin as the main film materials of conductive coatings.Choosing graphite and silver plated copper powder as the conductive filler of conductive coatings. Having done four groups of test.The preparation of water-based acrylic resin-graphite conductive coatings,the preparation of water-based acrylic resin-silver plated copper powder conductive coatings,the preparation of epoxy resin-graphite conductive coatings,the preparation of epoxy resin silver-plated copper powder conductive coatings Analyzed the relationship between contain of conductive filler and the conductivity, the relationship between contain of coupling agent and the conductivity, the relationship between contain of solvent and the conductivity, and finally obtained the formula. Realized the requirements of anti-static and electromagnetic shielding on polymer surface.This kind of conductive paint is used on the surface of polymer materials. The centimeter resistance of water-based acrylic-graphite conductive coatings can reach to120Ω. Adhesion can achieve optimal level. The coating hardness can achieve6H. The centimeter resistance of epoxy resin-graphite conductive coatings can reach to105Ω.Adhesion can achieve optimal level. The coating hardness can achieve6H. Realizing antistatic ability on the surface of polymer materials. The centimeter resistance of water-based acrylic resin-silver plated copper powder conductive coatings can reach to0.5Ω.
