High concentrations of drilling waste mud pollutants, complex composition, the natural environment and human health hazards seriously, is a typical high pollution, high concentrations of refractory solid waste. Oil and gas exploration and development in western Sichuan mud system components used in a complex environment a lot of harmful ingredients, including salt, alkali, synthetic polymers, and heavy metals. With solid-liquid ceramic membrane separation technology, the use of on-site test methods on the stability of the drilling mud waste treatment discussed, focus on the best chemical stability of waste mud breaking formula to determine, to seek an efficient and economical treatment of waste sludge stabilization.Relevant information through careful research, comprehensive comparison of drilling waste mud treatment at home and abroad, analysis of drilling waste mud in western Sichuan features, Sinopec Southwest Oil and Gas were selected solid waste disposal sites Yuanjia branch for the experiment station. Western area of "Xiao-Xing-He" field depth of3,000meters of drilling waste mud as experimental subjects, fixed ceramic membrane using solid-liquid separation device, a fixed processing station on the drilling site to focus on waste mud test, continuous operation for10days. Experiments show that, when chemical agents using the following formula, the3.5%lime, ferrous sulfate1%,0.15%of sodium chlorate, the treatment effect of waste mud is more good, treated solid waste leach ate CODcr, pH value, oil, heavy metals and other indicators can be achieved to "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB8978-96) first standard. With the traditional curing method, solid-liquid separation technology press frame drilling waste mud treatment, compared, solid-liquid ceramic membrane separation technology has good effect and high degree of automation, low power consumption advantages, showing good application prospect.
