Hydrotalcite like compound(HTLc), also called layered double hydroxides(LDHs), is a typical anions layer materials. Because of its special layer structure、compose and properties of exchangeable anion and adjustable ion in layer, it can be used to various technical applications such as catalysis、 adsorption inflaming retarding materials、nanometer composites、medicinal carriers、environment and numerous other fields. But LDHs are easily to be together between particles bound by hydrogen bonds in the conventional water solvent, leading to uneven particle size and larger dismensions, which will affect and limit the hydrosulfite in many fields. If LDHs want to be a superior property inorganic function materials, it is necessary to synthetize LDHs which has favorable stability、well-distributed and larger BET. In addition the crystal structure of LDHs has immense influence, so it has significant sense to reserch how to synthesize favorable stability well-distributed and larger BET of LDHs.In this paper, crystalline LDHs have been successfully prepared via the reaction of Mg(NO3)2、A1(NO3)3salt as the materials, PH and Na2CO3solution as the precipitator in the choline chloride/urea co-solvent in the certain temperature. We present some results on the influence of ion liquid content in the mixed solvent, reaction temperature and time.In this work, we successfully prepared LDHs crystalline via the reaction of Mg(NO3)2、A1(NO3)3salt as the materials, PH and Na2CO3solution as the precipitator in the choline chloride/ethylene glycol co-solvent in the certain temperature. We have explored the influences of all kinds of synthsis factors, such as ion liquid content in the mixed solvent, reaction temperature、reaction time etc, on the synthsis results of the LDHs.In this paper, crystalline LDHs have been successfully prepared via the reaction of Mg(NO3)2、Al(NO3)3salt as the materials, PH and Na2CO3solution as the precipitator in the ethylene glycol co-solvent in the certain temperature. We present some results on the influence of ion liquid content in the mixed solvent, reaction temperature and time.It was demonstrated that crystalline LDHs which were prepared in the co-solvent have high cry stall inity, small diameter of particles and narrow distribution, big BET, weaken agglomerates appearance, better dispersibility.
