In contrast with traditional drilling equipment, the top drive systems, whichIntegrates mechanic system, electrical system and hydraulic system, has greatlyimproved the drilling efficiency and security. It also accelerated the course of theautomation of well drilling equipment, and presently become one of the signs inautomatization of operation. In addition, As frequency conversion technology is maturein motors more and more, AC frequency variable top drive has become a tend of top drivedrilling system. The dynamical systems, which determines drilling capacity and hasirreplaceable function, is the main body of top drive system.Combining with the research subject, this paper, with the object that the drilling depth ofTDS is10000m, is responsible for the study on dynamical system and supporting device. Bycomparing with domestic and international similar equipment, The optimal structure parameterof the model is decided in terms of the special requirements of scientific drilling. In order toimprove reliability of system, three-dimensional is established. The contents of this assayconclude three parts:Firstly, depend on the overall scheme design and contrast, it is calculated andanalyzed theoretically, then decided drilling parameters.Secondly, the reduction gearbox is the core component of power installation. thekinematics and dynamics of gearbox have a direct impact on the whole performance ofthe top drive system. Through analyzing drilling, in this thesis we have designeddecelerator with two shaft and direct drive. And then, the kinematics and dynamicsperformance of it is analyzed with ADAMS. Based on Hertz theory, contact forceparameter formulas is deduced. we found the same results as the the theory analysis inthis thesis. The result gained in the experiment provides reference for latter seriesexperiment.Finally, the static mechanical analysis for the main load-carrying parts is developedwith ANSYS Workbench. The contact finite element model is established according tocontract function of the gearing mesh. the stress and the strain state of the component partcan be known when working load under the maximum load. This model can providetheoretical bases for design and optimization.The design and construction technology of top drive drilling is immature,domestic research data is very limitedand and achievements made are rather limited. However, research method research results hve value for further improving the topdrive systems.
