Due to the rapid economic development around the world, the demand for resources isgrowing, shallow resources have been proven to meet the needs of sustainable economicdevelopment, and vigorously strengthen the new energy, geothermal energy, wind energy, tidal energy, and deep traditional resources exploration and development has become a keyresearch direction of the world.China is a great demand for the resource, existing resourcescan not meet the China’s economic development. The resources have become an importantdirection of drilling development. To meet the need of China’s scientific research work in thedeep earth, Detection will also be the science of ultra-deep hole drilling in the future.ultra-deep drilling process, the key to success is the quality of the drilling fluid drilling ratespeed, cost, and engineering. Therefore, to study high-temperature drilling fluid system in thehigh temperature has important theoretical and practical significance. The exploration of deep resources and deep Earth exploration work, resistance to hightemperature capability to become one of important technologies to carry out this project. Inthe high temperature conditions, the performance requirements of the drilling fluid is:①The low content of mud clay;②to bring the powder capacity of the premise are met, try tomaintain a low viscosity, in order to improve the cleaning ability of the drilling fluid on thebottom of the well;③density adjustable range.(4)Rheology is better.⑤Theanti-pollution ability is better⑥storage stability.⑦Maintenance is simple, low cost.At home and abroad to solve the problem of resistance to high temperature drilling fluidtechnology has two aspects, First, looking for high-temperature mud materials, thedevelopment of high-temperature treatment agent. The purpose of this thesis is based on in-depth analysis of the characteristics of high temperature drilling fluid system at home andabroad, Experimental study on treatment agent with conventional acrylic-based, by addingadmixtures to determine the high temperature capability of each treatment agent. On thisbasis, to determine the basic system can be used in the drilling fluid used in the resourceexploration of the deep to lay the theoretical and experimental basis for future in-depth study.Deep, Ultra-deep drilling, borehole temperature characteristics of high performancedrilling fluid requirements, conventional acrylic agents commonly used in high temperatureprocessing agent for the high temperature capability test. By orthogonal test fluid formulationoptimization experiment, the test under normal temperature conditions of the drilling fluidrheology, filtration, and anti-collapse, basically in this fluid formulation of the selected agingtest, test by aging after the drilling fluid performance.After16h aging test by high temperature on water-based drilling fluid laboratory test, with good stability, high temperature rheological properties and good suppression of thetemperature capabilities of the seven kinds of formulations in more than200℃.①bentonite (5g)+KPA(40ml)+PHP(70ml)+FA-367(70ml)+PHPA(70ml)+CMC(40ml)+HA(2g)+PMC(4g)+JS-9(4g)+FT-1(4g)。②bentonite (5g)+KPA(50ml)+PHP(60ml)+FA-367(90ml)+PHPA(70ml)+CMC(40ml)+HA(2g)+PMC(4g)+JS-9(4g)+FT-1(4g)③bentonite (5g)+PAC-141(60ml)+PHP(50ml)+FA-367(80ml)+PHPA(70ml)+CMC(40ml)+HA(2g)+PMC(4g)+JS-9(4g)+FT-1(4g)。④bentonite (5g)+PAC-142(40ml)+PHP(60ml)+FA-367(90ml)+PHPA(70ml)+CMC(40ml)+HA(2g)+PMC(4g)+JS-9(4g)+FT-1(4g)⑤bentonite (4g)+PAC-143(50ml)+PHP(50ml)+FA-367(80ml)+PHPA(70ml)+CMC(40ml)+HA(2g)+PMC(4g)+JS-9(4g)+FT-1(4g)。⑥bentonite (5g)+PAC-142(40ml)+PHP(60ml)+FA-367(90ml)+PHPA(70ml)+CMC(40ml)+PMC(4g)+JS-9(4g)+FT-1(4g)。⑦bentonite (5g)+PAC-142(40ml)+PHP(60ml)+FA-367(90ml)+PHPA(70ml)+CMC(40ml)+HA(2g)+JS-9(4g)+ FT-1(4g)。The experiments show that the synergistic effect of the anti-high temperature treatmentagent, PAC-141, KPA in the PAC-142and PAC-143conventional drilling fluid additivedrilling fluid system has better temperature capabilities, including the PAC-141-resistantThehigh temperature capacity up to220°C; the remaining three treatment agent of the drillingfluid system temperature capabilities up to200℃.Experimental study found that the size of the organic drilling fluid additive temperaturecapabilities, and is influenced by many factors. Temperature capabilities of a single treatmentagent is relatively low, the drilling fluid temperature was significantly improved by addingbentonite. Relatively large heat capacity of solid material, can reduce the damaging effects ofthe temperature of the treatment agent, thereby ensuring the stability of the drilling fluidsystem. Can be predicted that in other solid materials, such as the drilling fluid weightingagents, or the two slurry of clay mixed use can significantly improve the capacity of thedrilling fluid temperature. The study found that strong synergy between the treatment agent, the high temperaturetreatment agent can improve the hydration of the hydrophilic groups in the molecules ofconventional treatment and adsorption on the adsorption capacity of bentonite, therebyincreasing the stability of the drilling fluid system.Resistance to high temperature drilling fluid to the polymer is a complex integratedsystem, the performance of the drilling fluid subject to a number of factors and constraints inthe actual application process should be based on the level of the temperature of theformation characteristics and the well drilled, the drilling fluid group were to makereasonable adjustments to meet the requirements of the drilling work.Fast anti-high temperature deep drilling fluid technology for the ultra-deep well deepwell safety drilling to provide strong technical support, complex deep well drilling to increasespeed, reduce drilling costs, shorten drilling cycle to speed up the process of exploration anddevelopment, has broad application prospects.
