| Dual-exciter hydraulic controling vibration screen with double vibration exciters is a new mining machinery which is drived by hydraulic power system. This machine is a complex systerm mixed by hydraulic part and mechanical part. In order to solve the problems when the vibration screen starting such as unreasonable dynamic configuration or screen box and beams’vibration damage in resonance region, the power bond graph method was used in mathematical modeling and simulation on the starting process of vibration screen in this paper. Real-time changes of various parameters in starting process were shown in the end, and some useful significant conclusions were reached in the end.The current research situation and the developing trend both at home and abroad on vibration screen were introduced. Combined with existing research achievement and research emphasis, a new method on the dynamic characteristic analyse was put forward.The composition and working principle of hydraulic controling vibration screen was introduced in great detail. Then the whole process from the energy input to energy dissipation in hydraulic controling vibration screen was analysed and the power band graph of this system was drawn. According to the principle and the mathematical sense of the power band graph, the equation of state on the hydraulic controling vibration screen systerm was obtained after determining the state variables of the research system.The fourth-order Range-Kutta method was chosen as a method of the algorithm of system simulation program and the simulation modeling was fonded under the computer simulation software MATLAB. Then the real-time changes of the main kinetic parameters of the shaker system were obtained, such as the displacement of screen box and vibration bodyã€the pressure of the hydraulic drive system and drive powerã€speed of the excitersã€The difference between two exciter phase angle,etc. The correctness and accuracy of the procedure were verified by experimental validation and analog verification.Different structural parameter values were selected in the model to obtain the influence on the kinetic parameter value of the system. Such as:the quality of screen boxã€the quality of the damping bodyã€exciter equivalent qualityã€the displacement of hydraulic motorã€the maximum working pressure of the systemã€stiffness of vibration springã€stiffness of isolation vibration spring Etc.A new method to analyse the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic controlled inertial vibration screen in the starting process in this artical. The results can provide some reference for the mathematical modeling on multi-energy domains system and simulation on hydraulic controling vibration screen in this article. Meanwhile, there are great value on the analysis of the influence on the kinetic parameter value of the system. It can also provide guidance on parameters selection while a new vibration was designed. |
