| Crusher is widely used in mining, construction and many other smash industries. The development of new crusher following the interparticle comminution theory is important to realize "more crushing and less grinding", reduce the particle size of the final crushing materials, and therefore achieve high efficiency energy saving.This paper reviewed the present situation and development trend of crushing equipment at home and abroad. The broken program and the corresponding power transmission program, the crushing load method was determined. The crushing process under the program was studied, and the correctness and feasibility was confirmed through calculation. One rotary plate was driven by motor, and four tapered rollers were driven by friction. Both ends of the roller were loaded by hydraulic pressure. The structure was compact and reliable, and had been applied for patent. The structural design was finished follow the program and the3D model of the whole equipment was finished with software SolidWorks. Major components were designed and analyzed, and some key parts were made CAE analysis and checking by using Simulation tools. The other component parts were introduced, and the characteristics of the crusher were analyzed. The study of particle size distribution under specific material was carried out after commissioning, the empirical formula of the particle size distribution and its general expression were obtained. Key factors affecting the particle size distribution were analyzed, and some measures were put forward to improve the quality of the products.The design ideas and the conclusions are instructive for further improving the broken performances, and it’s helpful for the development of other types of crusher. |
