A new sample pre-trement technique that dispersive liquidliquidmicroextraction (DLLME) has been developed. It has importanteffect for the separation and preconcentration. In this technique, the use of a small mount of hazardous organic solvents and only thelevel isμL, environmentally friendly, high enrichment, simpleoperation, make this pricedure timesaving, a mounts of the samplevolumes and pollutants. It has been applied couple with the highsensitivity detection technique. Recently, DLLME get people’sattention more and more and applid widely in the water samples. The aim of this work is to establish the pretrement technique(DLLME) with ETAAS to develop a new procedure for thedetermination of the trace metal and species in environmentalwater samples.(1) A method for the separation and preconcentration of Sb bythe DLLME use the N-benzoyl-N-phenyhydroxylamine (BPHA) as thechelating agent and chloroform as the estraction solvent to detect thetrace Sb (III) and Sb (V).(2) A new method (DLLME) couple with the detection technique(ETAAS) applyed to the trace Se(IV)and Se (VI) in environmental water samples and the speciation analysis, 3,3–Diaminobenzidine(DAB) as chelating agent, discovering the relation factors.Optimization of the type of estraction solvent and the volume、thedescration of the diseperer solvent and the volume,pH and so onspeciation analysis.
