Vanadium is one of life elements , it is listed as one of the cancer elements bybioinorganic chemistry. Understanding the content of Vanadium in soil is of greatsignificance, for respectively environmental science and soil chemical, biologicalgeochemistry. At present, the determination of trace vanadium in the soil has manymethods at home and abroad, But most of equipments are higher advanced, morecomplex operation analyzes conditions. So the cost price is higher, there are fewmethods about the determining of trace vanadium in soil .Spectrophotometry has its characteristics, such as high sensitivity, low detectionlimit, cheap and simple operation instrument etc, and to determine the soil of tracevanadium very attracting. Based on the analysis of the measuring soil vanadiumconditions, interference ion research and precision, accuracy and recycling experiment, established the feasibility of this method, set up in the determination of soil tracevanadium method, has obtained the satisfactory results. Explores the soil in thedetermination of trace vanadium method of soil after effective state vanadium wasstudied, the effective state soil vanadium extraction agents, extraction conditions afteranalysis of soil trace vanadium get the best extraction agent and extraction conditions, the biological effectiveness research has important significance. This paper finally studied Shandong typical soil total volume (v) and effectivestate of vanadium measurement. Through the statistical analysis of test data, and theeffective and quantitative state research, draw the distribution of vanadium in typicalsoil of Shandong province. It is helpful for us to know vanadium characteristics, andfor farming utilization and environmental quality assessment to provide importantscientific basis. Finally, the pollution condition put forward to specific pollution repairadvice. The main achievements of the paper are as follows:1) A new spectrophotometry method was successfully established for thedetermination of vanadium ( v) in soil at room temperature,The proposed methodowns fairly good selectivity and sensitivity, simplicity, cheapness, low detection limit and rapidity.①Through the research getting a new vanadium reaction system. The systemwas based on 1-(2-pyridineazo)-alpha-naphthol as color agent and surface activeagent, silane twelve basic sulfonic acid sodium (SDBS) for sensitization agent.②The results from the orthogonal experiments and the single factor experimentsofvanadium(v)showed that the optimal experimental conditions were asfollowing:added 3.0mL of 1-(2-pyridineazo)-2-alpha-naphthol c(PAN)=1.0g·L-1,1.5%of the hydrogen peroxide solution 0.5 m L,1.0 mol g·L-1hydrochloric acid solution1.0 m L, 8% SDBS solution 1.0 m L (each with a kind of reagents are shaken), dilutedto scale, shake well. Placed 20 min, using 1 cm than color dish, at 575 nm wavelength, with reagent blank as reference determination of non-ferrous complex thanspectrophotometry, the testing time was 20 min and the testing temperature is at roomtemperature.③In the best condition, this method of standard deviation was 3.4% 5.1%, andthe labeled recovery was 102.1% 105.2%, detection limit was0.02-1.2μg·mL-1, thelinear range of 0.02-1.2μg·mL-1, most of the anion doesn’t interfere withdetermination, to mask interfere ion of Cu2+, Fe3+, it can use saturated NaF and 0.5%of citric acid solution.2) Through the comparison of the extraction of four extraction agents of effectivestate vanadium extraction, it was resulted that the best effective extraction agent wassodium acetate, the best extraction conditions was 0.2 M NaAC, the ratio of the soil toliquid was 1:10, and the conditions for the oscillating 120 min .3) Through the determination of 60 effective and complete quantity state ofvanadium(V)in soil, analyzing the correlation between organic matter content andeffective state or complete quantity of vanadium(V),and drew the determination oftheir distribution. It came to conclusion that brown soil ,cinnamon soil andcalcareous soil had positive correlation between organic matter content and completequantity state of vanadium(V)in soil. Brown soil and calcareous soil had negativecorrelation between organic matter content and effective state of vanadium(V)in soil .Cinnamon soil had positive correlation between organic matter content and effective state of vanadium (V).Their coefficients were 0.537**,0.408,0.360,-0.324*,-0.219,0.591*respectively.Their confidence levels were all reach to 90%.4) Different soil have different correlation ralations between effective andcomplete quantity states of vanadium(V)in soil. Also, their confidence levels were allreach to 90%.It came to conclusion that they all had positive correlation.Thecorrelation coefficients were 0.479**0.700**0.120 respectively.
