Antireflective coating is a kind of material on the surface of substance, especially glass. Nowadays it can be used in PV glass to increase its transmittance, which can give a promotion to the transforming efficiency of solar cell. But lacking of experience and theory in the sol making and coating process is a problem for domestic industry, so it is necessary to do research in this field. In this work, antireflective coating was made by Sol-Gel technology.First, through cleaning, dip and pull, drying, heat treatment, coating was made on the surface of glass. The best thickness that can reach maximum transmittance was 130nm and 110nm respectively in theory and lab. It was proved that the optimum coating temperature was 25℃癈, relative humidity was 60% and drying temperature was 85℃. Put these results into real producing line, the transmittance of the coating glass can be promoted by 2%. The resistance to water and acid was studied by Powder Method, the result showed that resistance to water and acid increased by 6.99%,7.95% respectively after coating. Then, coating sol was made by the hydrolysis and condensation reaction of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) under the catalysis of NH3. Based on Study of five key factors:catalysis theory, the way of adding regent, aging time, the amount of solvent etc; stable sol was obtained under the ratio of TEOS:H2O:NH3:ETOH=1:2.8:0.0025:8 after aging 60h.
