Die-cutting mechanism is the core part of the full automatic planedie-cutting machine, whose mechanical motion quality plays an important rolein the overall work capability of die-cutting machine. Nowadays die-cuttingmachine, for its most models, is still seeing dual-elbow-bar mechanism withcomplex structure as its drive mechanism. Due to relatively more mechanicalparts, in the real work practice, not only does this institution have someshortcomings such as big difficulties in processing and in assembly, easyabrasion and relatively louder noises etc, but also can never accomplish thedigital control over the die-cutting machine. Besides, most domesticenterprises are still using mapping and imitation in die-cutting machine design,while there is never a set of perfect design theories to guide the design ofdie-cutting machine.Considering these former problems, this paper suggests a new model ofdie-cutting mechanism with die-cutting technology and key technology ofdie-cutting machine as the starting point and analysis of the traditionaldie-cutting machine, also according to problems lying in practical work process.It analyzes structures and theoretically calculates force amplifier mechanismand hydraulic and pneumatic supercharging which are related to its contents. Italso compares the dual-elbow-bar mechanism with the new model ofdie-cutting mechanism through imitation analysis from dynamics andkinematics views. According to this comparison, we can conclude that the newmodel of die-cutting mechanism is more likely to meet demands of technologyof die-cutting machine as well as improves its work capability effectively. Onthe basis of the former practices, a set of test flat formed to be used in the labstudy of the technology, the structure and the pressure of die-cutting machine.Furthermore, this paper also suggests kind of die-cutting machine designthinking to guide independent in design of die-cutting machine, considering design process of die-cutting machine mainly basing on experiences andimitations as the foundation, through the optimum design of the finite elementand modal analysis to die-cutting machine lab flat and key parts in die-cuttingmachine.If this research subject is stepping into the industrialization phrase, it willbring out higher economic interests for enterprises by cutting enterprise coststhrough improvement of quality of die-cutting machine as well as shortening itsdesign circle.
