With the development of bolt supporting theory in our country’s coal, the technician doa lot of work, accumulate much information and get abundant experiences from supportingtheory and practice. Recently anchor supporting technology has been extensive used becausethe bolting of coal road has mellowed. However, the design parameter of bolt(cable)supporting in coal roadway is over depending on engineering experience in our country now,because load transfer mechanism of bolt(cable) has not been know. We should studysupporting parameters optimization design method based on analysis load transfer mechanismof bolt(cable).Combining with theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, lab and field test, this paperare system analyse transfer mechanism of bolt(cable) and deeply study supporting parametersoptimization design method in coal roadway. The main contents and conclusions of this studyare as follows:(1) Based on summarizing research status of anchor reinforcement mechanism and loadtransfer mechanism of the bolt(cable), this paper analyzes systematically the part ofbolt(cable), anchor mechanism and failure mode of bolt(cable).(2) Based on the shear slip model of pore wall, a elastic-plastic model was set up for thetheoretical solution of the shearing stress distribution curve along the length direction takingthe load transfer function method by deeply study on the the shearing stress distribution lawalong the length direction.(3) The influence degree of the factors snch as the anchor layer shear strengthparameters of K1and1, anchor solid diameter, anchor solid length and so on for stressdistribution of anchorage boundary layer is analysed in this paper.(4) Based on the analyses of the load transfer mechanism of bolt(cable) this paper studys the rational support theory in coal roadway. The method of support parameter design incoal roadway based on analyse transfer mechanism of bolt(cable) is been put forward. Thismethod think that the load transfer mechanism of bolt(cable) should be know before thesupport parameter design.(5) The conclusions of this paper are validated by Ningtiaota coal mine’s N1201coaltransportation roadway with field test method and numerical simulation method. Theconclusions give a reference for supporting parameters optimization design in coal roadway.
