The stability control technology of roadway with soft rock in underground mine is stillthe problem of restricting high production and high efficiency and safety mine. Based on theroadway supporting project of S136working face in ShiGouyi coal mine, Against the stabilitycontrol problem of surrounding rock in large section roadway with a weak aqueous underconditions of soft rock, a variety of comprehensive means are used to carry out this study. Theultimate solution of solving the site need of engineering and technical problems isaccomplised, which achieves the set of technical parameters and technical scheme and localcontrol of key points in Shi Gouyi coal mine for designing and optimizing roadway, obtaininggood economic, social benefits and safety benefits.According to the field investigation method, the storage environment of roadway roofand floor in S136working face was controled, the support problems of roadway wereunderstood. The main reasons of roadway deformation and destruction were analysed, thedeformation and failure of roadway was studied by the use of rock mechanics experiment andnumerical simulation, the forms of roadway deformation and destruction in working facewere summarized.The shape of roadway was re-optimized through the theoretical calculation,the cross section of " arc rib flat-roof" was choiced for the tunnel, the supporting scheme ofanchor net and anchor cable and supporting parameter was designed. At the end, thedeformation and anchor bolt of surrounding rock in roadway was monitored in order toevaluate the supporting effect, field monitoring showed that the roadway supporting designschemes in the S136working face satisfied the requirements of roadway support, the costincreased by12.7%under the condition of deformation decreased by about20%,compared with the original scheme, the stability of tunnel was better guaranteed, which achieved abetter economic efficiency.This research can provide reference for mining roadway support design under similarconditions in NingDong mine area.
