Gas disaster is one of the main factors which influent the coal mine safety productionpre-pumping coal seam gas is a solution of such accident, which is the most fundamental andmost effective measure. According to the fluid conservation of mass in porous media,pre-pumping drilling around the coal gas flow field is setted as the research object and the theboreholes coal gas seepage model can be established, also the numerical solution results willbe abtained. Numerical simulation by FLUENT software to analyze the different extractionnegative pressure, drill diameter, extraction time, coal permeability drainage hole under theconditions of the radius and volume of gas extraction. The influence law of various factorswhich to drill pre-pumping coal seam gas is investigated.Combined with the actual conditions in Tianchi Mine of Yanzhou Mining Group.Analysis of mine on the15th coal seam gas content and distribution rule, which use coal seamgas content method to predict401fully mechanized coal face gas emission. Gas emission lawin the process of mining can be got by determine and analysis, and through daily output, airvolume, the amount of gas extraction, it can abtained15th coal and seam gas drainageborehole of basic parameters. The reasonable drainage time, reasonable drainage negativepressure, the proper layout parameters of the drill holes will be determined. Based on analysisof site application, it can get coal seam gas pre-draining borehole gas drainage effect andcharacteristics. It can also be the proof which has the effect to reduce the workface gasemission and protection of the Tianchi mine production safety. And the importance ofcomputer FLUENT simulation software to mine gas extraction process parameters will beshowed.
