The Green Chemistry has been one popular research in the chemistry circle nowadays. The ionic liquid, as the green solvent and the catalyst developed for years, has beenfrequently used in the organic synthesis because of its particularity, such as low steampressure, adjustable polarity, good solubility for the organic and inorganic matters, goodheat stability and so on. Microemulsion as organic synthesis “micro-reactor” to overcomethe immiscible reactants, to improve the choice of organic reactions. Enzymes as specificcatalysts used in organic synthesis, as enzymes versatility of the catalyst has just started. In this thesis, the basic ionic liquid catalyzed aromatic amine N-alkylation reactionand the lipase catalyzed organic reactions in ionic liquid microemulsions. This dissertation consists of five chapters. In the first chapter, we simply introducedthe basic ionic liquids, microemulsion and we placed emphasis on classifications andapplications of basic ionic liquids and enzyme. In the second chapter, N-alkylation ofarylamine with a wide range of alkyl halides catalyzed by basic ionic liquid wasinvestigated. Compared with those reported in the literature, the procedure has beenavoided the typical disadvantages, including strong bases, drastic reaction conditions, longreaction times and low yield. In the third chapter, We studied the catalytic activity of lipasein ionic liquid microemulsions. Studies have shown that the lipase in H2O/[Bmim]PF6microemulsion catalytic activity; ionic liquid microemulsions as a lipase-catalyzed reactionmedium is feasible to provide some reference value for the follow-up study. The fourthchapter has studied in the ionic liquid microemulsion the fat enzyme catalysis take thefragrant aldehyde and the alkone as the substrate Aldol reaction. The research indicatedthat lipase PPL in the reacting system has the catalytic activity in the W/IL microemulsionto be good, responds the condition to be temperate, to reflects the body selectivity to behigh, the substrate applicable scope is broad. Finally, Mannich reaction catalyzed by lipase in ionic liquid microemulsions. The results show that Lipase present the efficient catalyticproperties, superior selectivity and wide substrate application under mild reactionconditions in the system of water-in-ionic-liquid microemulsion. Meanwhile, the protocolis in line with demand of green chemistry.
