With the increase of the depth of coal mining and the mechanization of coal mining andtunnel, the number of thermal victims mines was significantly increased, also the extent ofmine victims was becoming increasingly serious. Mine victims not only affect the economicbenefits of the mines by reducing the labor productivity of workers, but also seriously imperilworker’s health and safety. So, the control of mine victims has been an important topic ofmine production safety in our country.Through researching key technologies of mine environment protection in thermal victimsmine, it will provide effective references for the control of thermal victims mine. For thethermal environment, the paper makes an analysis to the source of heat and wet, and dividesthe heat sources into the natural objective factors heat and the human factors heat. The paperalso introduces the heat dissipation mode and the heat dissipation quantity of the two heatsources, and makes an analysis of the reasons for the relative humidity’s increase of air in thecoal mine. Base on the introduce the essential characteristic of mine micro climate, analysis ofthe influence of the mine micro climate on human physiological and psychological and theaspects of efficiency and safety in work, then, put forward the physiological indexes, rationalindex and labor heart safety index to the mine micro climate. Base on discussed thecalculation method of the chilling requirement of the excavation working face, analysis of theconstitute of the chilling requirement of the excavation working face and get the relationshipof the chilling requirement of the excavation working face, the heat release in the mining faceand the heat absorption capacity of excavation working face.Take Dingji coal mine forexample, the chilling requirement of its excavation working face was calculated for6487.5KW. And the same time, to introduce the measures of the mine heat damage andcontrol, mainly includes a non-mechanical cooling and mechanical cooling method, andanalysis the advantages and disadvantages of the mechanical cooling mode.Put the emphasis on the economic analysis of the cooling system of mine, and provide the reference to optimize the selection cooling system.
