In Chain,coal resources are rich, output and consumption in the domestic consumptionof energy in a major position. Coal spontaneous combustion in China is serious, not onlyconstrain the mine’s safety production and efficient development, and will cause a hugewaste of resources, environmental pollution, casualties and property losses. Therefore, coalspontaneous combustion characteristics of the master, to obtain the oxidation of the timelyand accurate coal spontaneous combustion degree, of coal spontaneous combustion forecastis of great significance.This paper use coal heating up the experimental analysis program say thecharacterization and the characteristics of coal combustion ore degree temperatures anddifferent particle size of coal spontaneous combustion influence; Use coal spontaneouscombustion equipment simulation and say the whole process of coal combustion ore,organic gas analysis in a single gas concentration, temperature, gas concentrations of gasconcentration ratio index with the change rule of coal temperature, the qualitative analysisof the degree of spontaneous combustion characteristics of characterization of temperatureand gas characterization parameter of the corresponding relation; The analysis andcalculation of coal samples for heating rate, air flow, heat release strength, the oxygenconsumption rate spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters, the more accuratelyand mineral coal spontaneous combustion characteristics say.Use of correlation degree analysis theory, the temperature change process of coal isdivided into four stages, calculated the each phase of each index gas and coal temperaturechange of the generalized changes synthesis relational grade; Combining with the coal gasconcentration index temperature change and the index of the generalized gas synthesis relational grade, with qualitative-quantitative, to select the suitable for close out of mine gassay forecast indexes, each temperature stage are determined the three forecast indexes,accurately established close say coal combustion ore prediction index system for accurateforecasting coal spontaneous combustion is of great significance.
