Research On The Measurement Index Of Oil Enterprise Team’s Safety Climate

Safety culture is an important means to prevent accidents and improve enterprise safetymanagement level. And safety climate is usually used to describe the current state of safetyculture. The safety climate measurement not only can collect the staff’s perceptions andattitudes of the enterprise security, reflect the security situation, but also provide a basis forthe organization to develop health and safety policy in future, in order to promote enterprisesafety culture construction. Team’s safety climate is the main component of enterprise safetyclimate. And Team’s safety climate’s measurement can promote enterprise safety cultureconstruction better. However, it is still face the problem of lacking of safety climate surveytool in the current domestic related field. Therefore, this paper aims to construct a set ofstrong science and practicality measurement indexes for oil enterprise team safety climate, inorder to promote the team as well as the whole oil enterprises safety culture sustainabledevelopment.Firstly, this paper used the related research achievements from domestic andinternational for reference, and combined with China’s oil enterprise team’s actual situationdetermined the safety climate dimensions including leader’s attention and participation, teamleader’s behavior, safety training, risk identification, workplace safety, safety supervisors,co-workers’ behavior and system and standard. And then established the measurement indexsystem; Secondly, the paper based on the determined measurement index system of safetyclimate, drawn up the safety climate questionnaires and combined with Edu measurementsoftware measured an oil enterprise’s safety climate and used SPSS16.0software to test thereliability and validity of the reclaimed effective questionnaires; once again，the conceptualmodel of the oil enterprise team’s safety climate was established, Then fited, corrected andexplained the preset model by the AMOS7.0software; finally, determined the measurementindex system of oil enterprise team’s safety climate; At last, the paper used the varianceanalysis method for overall analysis and group difference analysis about the enterprise’s safety climate condition, and put forward the measures for the existing problems.Through this research, a set of applicable measurement index system for the oilenterprise team’s safety climate was determined. And used this measurement index systemcan make a comprehensive reflection about oil enterprise safety situation. And it is good forthe enterprise to put forward some reform measures, so as to promote the oil enterprises safetyculture development effectively.
