There are a large number of large-scale open pit mines in our country. With thecontinued open pit mining, the depth is increased and the economic costs continue toincrease. Therefore, more and more open pit mines are gradually transformed tounderground mining. Because of underground mining, engineering geologicalconditions of rock and soil properties, weather conditions, vegetation integrity, andearth’s surface water collection and reinforced measures’ integrated effect, Thedeformation development process of open pit slope is extremely complex. In this paper, taking the engineering practice of steep slope around Industry Square of Well East CoalIndustry as example, the deformation process and influencing factors of combinedmining slope are studied.[1] Against the engineering practice of steep slope around Industry Square of WellEast Coal Industry, the geological conditions and specific characteristics of the slopeengineering are introduced. Using the SLIDE software which is based on the limitequilibrium method for the calculation of slope stability under different conditions todetermine the main factors of slope deformation development, and the basic law ofslope deformation development are got.[2] FLAC3Dsoftware is used to simulate the characteristics of the slopedeformation development under underground mining, and the corresponding numericalsimulation results. And comparative analysis of simulation results on the slopedeformation development impact through the excavation of the face, the relationshipbetween slope deformation development and underground mining is summarized, andthen the deformation of the particularity of the combined mining slope and thedeformation complexity of the development impact of factors is analysed to reveal thedeformation mechanism.[3] Using the ArcGIS9.3software, spatial analysis function based on the contourmap generated three-dimensional surface model, and use the software, informationgeneration, processing and analysis of topography and raster data into geographicinformation. Based on geographic information system for spatial interpolation of slopedisplacement monitoring of the regional displacement measured data and geographicinformation overlay properties, combined mining slope deformation sensitivity analysisand statistical analysis of development influential factors are done, and the hazardousareas are got. [4] Based on the displacement for the analysis of development in hazardous areas, the development trend of the displacement data of the regional location of monitoringpoints is analyzed. Combining the trend analysis and the analysis of deformation factorsof different regions of the open pit slope, deformation development process trendanalysis and deformation factors analysis are done to analyze the deformationdevelopment process of different regions of the open pit slope. Thus, the intrinsicrelationship between the development of slope deformation and deformation process ofdevelopment and influencing factors is effectively grasped.By studying the deformation process and influencing factors of combined miningslope, the process of slope displacement development in hazardous areas is learned, andit can provide guidance for the protection and control of landslide.
