Citrus is the world’s largest varieties of fruit trees, berry in the area in the world, ranks first in production. china is the main country of origin of citrus, at present, china’s citrus production area is the No.l in the world, production second only to Brazil, is the world’s second-largest orange producer. due to human or mechanical damage, storage and preservation conditions and technical constraints and the "orange hard sell", every year, a large quantities of citrus decay, if these rotten citrus without conducting harmless treatment and be thrown away in ditches and fields, surrounding their houses, will seriously affect agricultural production, living environment and cause environmental pollution. therefore, using of appropriate technology will be imperative to properly handle these wastes.So far, the handling of rotten citrus is still mainly based landfill, which not only takes up a lot of land resources, while the major threat to the ecological environment, processing technology for rotten citrus is urgent development. Anaerobic fermentation is an ideal way to deal with rotten citrus. Using the anaerobic digestion of rotten citrus have been reporting at home and abroad, but little research.The purpose of this study was to explore the feasibility of anaerobic fermentation of rotten citrus, and the rotten citrus mixed with pig manure anaerobic fermentation technology parameters optimization, in order for efficient anaerobic fermentation process of rotten citrus to provide the basis for the establishment of technical support, in order to achieve decay harmless citrus, processing resources to provide technical information. the main research content and conclusions are:1) Through the collection, reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature related to information, I made more comprehensive overview and summary on the current status and processing status of rotten citrus in home and abroad, while the mechanism of anaerobic fermentation technology, influencing factors and the main technical categories have also done a detailed summary.2) The analysis of characteristics for rotten citrus shows rotten citrus is a good anaerobic fermentation of raw materials, but by its pH value and C/N effects, rotten and other citrus are suitable for mixing with pig manure for anaerobic fermentation. Through the domestication of inoculum, i has trained for anaerobic fermentation characteristics of rotten citrus inoculum.3) The feasibility of anaerobic fermentation of rotten citrus indicates:that of the anaerobic fermentation of rotten citrus is feasible, vaccination rate 70%,8% feed concentration is the optimal combination of the test group, in the temperature 35℃, every day 2 under the conditions of stirring, the treatment of total gas production, gas production rate and the average methane content is 4567 mL,595 mL/gTS,50.3%.4) In the rotten citrus mixed with pig manure anaerobic digestion experiment, in which:Experimental studies of the ratio show that:rotten citrus with manure ratio of 1:2 is the best combination, in the temperature 35℃, vaccination rate 30%, stirring 2 times a day conditions, the processing gas production rate, the average methane content and the COD removal rate were 536.21 mL/gTS,62.08%,76.41%.Experimental studies of second adjusting pH value show:by the second adjustment pH value, you can restart in the acidification status of anaerobic fermentation system, rotten citrus fruit and manure ratio of 2:1, vaccination rate 30% is the optimal combination, in the temperature 35℃, stir 2 times a day conditions, the processing gas production rate, the average COD removal efficiency and methane content were 480.69 mL/gTS,51.5%,75.14%.Experimental studies without second adjusting pH value show:in the temperature 35℃, stir 2 times a day conditions, the best parameters of rotting citrus and Swine anaerobic fermentation process are:rotten citrus fruit and manure ratio of 1:2, vaccination rates 30%, feed concentration 8%. but the results need further verification. This conclusion is as same as conclusions of the previous rotten citrus fruit and manure ratio experience.5) Experimental studies of anaerobic fermentation rotten for mixture of citrus fruit and pig manure liquid which fermented about 15 days show that:rotten citrus fruit and manure ratio of 2:8 is the best combination.in the temperature 35℃, stir 2 times a day conditions, the processing gas production rate, the average COD removal efficiency and methane content were 594.96 mL/gTS,64.00%,69.15%.
