Along with the rapid economic development in our country, taken in the company ofmassive infrastructure construction. During the process, both the natural environment andecological balance would be influenced inevitably, resulting in various kinds of geologicaldisasters, such as landslide, debris flow, topple,.ect. Best exemplified in super-large landslidedue to its characters of scale, complexity, hazards and huge treatment sum. Nevertheless, thecomprehensiveness and depth on the study of super-large landslide’s mechanism are notenough, the investigation of countermeasures against super-large landslide is still in the periodof research, and there is no systematic study, at present, directs at extra-large landslide. Underthe circumstance of no criteria available for the treatment of super-large landslide it isimperative for us to focus our attention on working out some economy acceptable, practiceexcutable, prevent and treatment effective and safe and sound engineeringcountermeasurements, and evaluating the effectiveness of these workforce and investmentcost countermeasures.This paper bases on the Jianfengwei extra-large landslide of Yongwu expressway Yongancity, Fujian province, analyzing its inducing mechanism at length and studying theengineering countermeasures taken in landslide treatment, and finally, evaluating theeffectiveness of post-construction. The main content of this paper is summed up as follows:1. Based on geological conditions of landslide’s area, figuring out the mechanism ofJianfengwei extra-large landslide, that is, terrain and terrain, rock category, geologicalformation and hydrogeology are the prerequisite of landslide, whereas slope cutting is themajor cause of landslide and continuous rainfall resulted in slope deformation.2. The deformation history and currention situation of Jianfengwei extra-large landslideare analysed. Landslide scale will be getting worse if effective measures are not taken,particularly when consecutive heavy rainfall is accompanied. Possible disasters, such as riverchannel will be blocked, Hongtian town, upper reaches of the river will be drowned, whichmay bring locals destructive disasters and unpredictable loss. In this way, the landslide shouldbe treated in no time.. 3. Synthetic countermeasures are made according to the current situation anddevelopment trend of the Jianfengwei extra-large landslide. Bring forward that landslidetreatment should be taken in two steps, first, emergency measures, involves slope cutting,reversing pressure, well-point and extra-long draining holes, etc. Emergency measures takenin this step could slow sliding speed of landslide on one hand, on the other hand, detailedinvestigation could be made because of the temporary stability of slope, at the same time,measures taken in the first step could also ensure safety for the later dig of anti-slide pile ditchand the excavation of drainage tunnel. The second step is eradication engineering, includessurface drainage system, underground drainage tunnel, pre-stressed anchor pile, pre-stressedcable frame, pre-stressed cable beam, in the hope that Jianfengwei extra-large landslide willbe removed completely.4. Through theoretical calculation and data analysis of dynamic monitoring, theeffectiveness of slope cutting and reversing pressure, pre-stressed anchor pile and drainagetunnel are evaluated. From which we can know that extra-large landslide couldn’t be fullyhandled by cutting slope and reversing pressure, active engineering structure, pre-stressedanchor pile, is better than anti-slide pile, it can stable the slope faster, underground waterdescends continually after the construction of drainage tunnel, which is beneficial for thestability of slope.5. A fuzzy and comprehensive evaluation model was established, treatment effectivenessare graded,10evaluation factors coupled with experienced parameters from experts, finally,treatment effectiveness of Jianfengwei extra-large landslide are obtained as [0.33810.30160.24500.1165], according to the maximum affiliation theory, Jianfengwei extra-largelandslide was treated excellently.
