In this paper, based on backgrounds of a nonautonomous predator-prey systemwith disease in the prey, we establish a corresponding impulsive periodic version.Applying some theories and numerical calculation methods related to discretedynamics, continuous dynamics, impulsive differential dynamics, we discuss theasymptotic behaviors including permanence, partial extinction and global attractivityof positive solutions for the above system which we establish. The whole paper hasbeen divided into four chapters. In the first chapter we recall the backgrounds and status quo of impulsivepredator-prey periodic system with disease in the prey and summarize concisely ourmain work done in this thesis. In the second chapter we present some preliminary knowledge relevant to thispaper including some definitions, lemmas and explanation of symbols which are usedin the article. In the third chapter, based on a predator-prey periodic system with disease in theprey, we establish corresponding impulsive periodic system subject to mixed effectswith linear and constant impulses and discuss permanence, partial extinction andglobal attractivity for the system. In addition, several concrete examples as well asnumerical simulation on the main results are also presented. Some research outlooks about the future work are put forward in the last chapter.
