Luzhong mountain area located in the Shandong Peninsula, thewide distribution of accumulation of varying thickness of loess, theLoess sequence showing typical Qingzhou Fu Jia Zhuang, after manyscholars on the Loess in different areas of Shandong peninsula weredone different levels of research, research methods are various, butthe dew of loess in North Region as a mountain a whole causes andexplore without edge is not common. This paper mainly includessample collection point is located in Boshan HashimuraTumentou,Changqing district Zhang Xia Zhen and Qingzhou Fu Jia Zhuang,research methods are mainly based on the field work, sedimentology,mineralogy and geochemical methods, analysis of the study area andgrain size characteristics curve, area ratio of the particle size of thesample parameters characteristics, group characteristics, qualitativeclay and non-clay mineral and semiquantitative results, whole-rock,<20μm and<5μm samples of constant trace element characteristicsand content and oxide the ratio between comparison, analysis, Thegrain size characteristics of Zhang Xia and Qingzhou loess is similarof the Loess Plateau, the mineral composition include illite is the main component, other clay minerals like chlorite, kaolinite, smectite,vermiculite and mixed layer mineral;Non-clay mineral is by quartz,mica, feldspar and other minerals. And that quartz CI values are thesame in different particle size samples.The main chemicalcomposition is characterized in that the percentage content of SiO2,Al2O3and Fe2O3were highest that above85%.The trace elements aremainly Ba, Zr, Rb and Sr. But the spatial of the size distributioncharacteristics display, compared with the Luzhong mountain in threeregions of loess and loess in Xifeng,>30μ m particles still occupies alarge proportion, from the relative content of minerals illitecrystallinity values and potassium feldspar and plagioclase ratio (K/P),Luzhong Mountain in northern area (including Tumentou and Qingzhou)loess has stronger chemical weathering, shows the differencebetween loess in the Loess Plateau of China and the Shangdongcentral Mountain in northern area.Through the various researchmethods and results of theTumentou, Zhang Xia and Qingzhou are theeolian origin of loess samples the main source and the loess plateauarea, loess, desert, from the northwest inland, The source material ismainly sedimentary of the north area loose deposits, and possibly thetwo handling matter far source of dust, is highly mixed deposits farand near source dust material.Luzhong mountain in northern area ofloess records may in addition and the Arctic ice cap, the uplift of theQinghai-Tibet Plateau and the arid northwest China closely, andduring the ice age, sea level Shandong Peninsula in Laizhou Bay.
