| The spectrometer, an important member of the family of optical measuring instruments, is widely used in the field of scientific experiments, engineering surveying, site testing. The traditional large spectrometers have advantages in ultra-high-precision, stable performance, measuring a wide range In contrast, the micro-spectrometers have advantages such as miniaturization, multipurpose integration, multi-function, low external environment requirements, intelligent, strung expandability, low cast, high stability, easy to use and so on. They meet the diverse application needs in the background of multidisciplinary cross-cutting, and have important and far-reaching value for experimental research and engineering applications.This paper studies the design of a micro-spectrometer, with the blazed grating plane as space spectral dispersion element and the high sensitivity CCD (TCD1304) as the spectrum signal receiver, in order to make reference for the laboratory’s future research work in instrument integration, deepen the research of miniaturization of spectroscopic, be familiar with knowledge and skills of related fields.This paper begins with an overview of the development of the spectrometer, then introduces the the theoretical knowledge of spectrometer, study several models of the spectrometer and the feasibility of miniaturization of spectroscopic.And then, this paper introduces the design of micrio-spectrometer and its three main functional modules:optical spectroscopic modules, circuit collection modules, data processing modules. Then it claborates the implementation details of device selection, optical path design, PCB design, GUI application development, data processing algorithms. We has completed the testing work of micro-spectrometer, analysed the experimental data and made the appropriate debugging.At last, this paper makes a summary of the research work, points out and analyses the defect insufficient, puts forward the improvement intention. |
