NaoZhou Island reef with the benthic community structure,large seaweed andcarbon efficiency were studied in June2011to March2012. The results showed that:NaoZhou Island reef belt sargasso games a total of406large benthic organisms,among them there are large seaweed63kinds, door1kind of angiosperms, arthropoda123species,107kinds of mollusks door,annelida67species,15kinds of coelenterata,8kinds of porifera,14kinds of echinodermata, chordate four door,Yi insect animaldoor1,animal sipunculid door1,urochordata2kinds of door. Arthropoda, mollusksdoor,annelida and large seaweed accounted for88.7%of the total number of species,four people make up the rocks with the sargasso benthic main groups. In survey of fivesection type for S1section,the maximum number of181kinds, the least is S2section,for143.NaoZhou Island reef belt sargasso field large benthic species number at least in thespring,only75species, spring are higher than other seasons on the number of species.The average density of each section of the spring is1308.16ind/m2,3028.76ind/m2insummer,autumn and winter were1018.81ind/m2and548.06ind/m2,average biomass of each section is1493.38g/m2in spring,624.91g/m2in summer,autumn and winter were595.58g/m2and651.85g/m2. Abundance in summer is higher than other seasons,Biomass in spring is higher than other seasons in every sections,seasonal difference,showed that the effect of season on the Naozhou island rocky zone Macrobenthosgreat.From biomass belong degrees,each section presents a trend of spring than otherseasons. significant seasonal differences show seasons for NaoZhou Island reef with largebenthic influence is very big. In research to11kinds of dominant species, the logarithmof mollusks and arthropods,the grain of nodules periwinkle are dominant species in thefour seasons.NaoZhou Island reef with seasonal succession of benthic community isrelatively complicated. The reef belt of the benthic community richness index is18.04and evenness index is0.56.Shannon Wiener index which is3.05,community speciescomposition is rich,uniformity of medium,less dominant species. the species structureis relatively stable.According to the coefficient of similarity clustering and multidimensional scaling (MDS),and considering the dominant species,the main factors such as the number andfrequency,can be NaoZhou Island reef with large benthic algae which are divided intotwo biomes. Both community species composition are very rich. Evenness is moderate,dominant species. The species structure is relatively stable. According to abundancebiomass comparison method,the survey sea area is affected by the pollution of small inthe spring and winter.The interference of the survey sea area is moderate in the autumnand summer.In study of mining to macroalgae4door63kinds,including rhodophyta28species,18kinds of chlorophyta,16species of brown algae gate and1kind of cyanophyta.50kinds of macroalgae biomass which picked out are rich of carbon sequestrationeffect.The results show that the moisture content of the seaweed range is51.92%to97.52%. The average moisture is content of84.19%.Through to the macroalgae TOCmeasurement shows that the change of various kind of seaweed TOC content range is4%to42%.The average level is27.57%. By macroalgae carbon sequestration of calculationscan be found that total amount of carbon each season large seaweed has obvious seasonalchange,such as spring> winter> autumn> summer. In the investigation of5sections,according to the sampling when estimating of the seaweed distribution area can beconcluded that carbon sequestration of highest is S5section. Its carbon sequestration ofup to is166241.46g. Five cross section carbon amount to is an average of57928.18g.For each section of macroalgae in carbon sequestration,There are capacity ofestimates and the environment factor,correlation analysis,large seaweed carbonperformance,and phosphate content which are significant positive correlation. Thecorrelation coefficient is0.917,and the pH value is highly positive correlation which iscorrelation of0.829highly negative correlation with salinity. The carbon efficiencywhich is in different seasons macroalgae did correlation analysis with the variousenvironmental factors.The sea area is mainly four kinds of different parts of the macroalgae carbonsequestration ability.compared to it results can be seen that different types of algaecarbon sequestration ability are not identical.Different parts of the macroalgae are fromdifferent season.Through the correlation between the amount of carbon sequestration andenvironmental factors in the analysis,you can see that in different season,large seaweedcarbon sequestration ability is under the influence of different environmental factors.
