In the applied science of engineering and the various types of industrial real, thereliability of the system is particularly important, such as the control system ofaerospace, the control system of nuclear reactor. In the1970s, since Siljak proposedthe reliable control first time, many design methods have been proposed. Reliablecontrol system that is when designing the controller, consider the possible failure ofcontrol components (actuators and sensors) in the design process, to make the controlsystem still maintain stability in interference or malfunction. From then, some designmethods of reliable controller have been proposed. The purpose of the reliable controlis that design a controller to make the closed-loop system keep stable and meet certainperformance indicators regardless of whether the control unit failure. The designmethods of controller are mostly based on state feedback form, although the statevariables can fully reflect the dynamics of the system, but in fact, measuring the stateof system is not easy, measuring the state of some systems require a lot of economicand technical support, spend a lot of manpower and material resources, more harmthan good, and some state of the system simply can not be measured. Due to variousobjective reasons and limitations, many systems are difficult to use the approach ofstate feedback to design reliable controllers. If use the output feedback can achievethe performance requirements of the system, then the output feedback can make upthe lack of the state feedback control. Therefore, the problem of reliable control withthe dynamic output feedback has more practical background.In the actual life, time-delay is a widespread phenomenon, and an importantcontent of the control system. In order to facilitate the design of controller, the linearmathematical models of time-delay systems have been established. The basic theoryof time-delay systems were built in the fifties and sixties in the20th century, to date,the results of research is quite rich.The first chapter is the introduction, introduced the main studies of this paper.That is the overview of the development with the time-delay system, the reliablecontrol of the system, linear matrix inequalities, regional pole placement and theresearch significance of dynamic output feedback. The second chapter describes thebasic concepts of the thesis and the basic lemma of prove theorems. From chapter3to chapter5are the main results of the paper. Chapter3studied the reliable control oftime-delay system with mixed fault model, which mainly using the second method ofLyapunov. The fourth chapter for the time-delay system to study the reliable controlsystem basis on dynamic output feedback, we can solve the difficult problems of statefeedback by dynamic output feedback, and provide the design method of reliablecontroller with dynamic output feedback and a numerical simulation. The fifth chapterstudied the regional pole configuration by dynamic output feedback.In all of the research, the first and foremost task is to decompose the matrix. Thatis to make the non-linear matrix inequalities into the form of linear matrix inequalities,then analysis of the stability of the system. Each chapter concluded with numericalexamples, the simulations of the theorem proved the results are valid, correct andfeasible. Finally, I made a summary of the whole thesis.
