This thesis paper is mainly about the study of phytoplankton community inZhongjieshan islands coastal areas and Qingbang islands coastal areas. In2011, we set upserial stations monitoring the aquaculture area near Zhongjieshan islands coastal areas andQingbang islands areas. We sampled the phytoplankton at each quarter of a year at certainquality and quantity then analyzed the species composition, dominant species, cell density,indices of evenness and diversity, and abundance index in order to generalize thecharacteristics of the growth of phytoplankton in this sea area. In the summer and autumnof2012, we researched the dynamic distribution of phytoplankton in the typicalaquaculture sea area.According to the yearly survey in2011, there are4phyla,49genus and128species inthe sea area near Zhongjieshan islands coastal areas. There are98species that belong to thephylum of diatom,25species belong to chrysophyta, there is also1specie that belongs tocyanophyta. In Qingbang islands coastal areas, there are3phyla,26genus and50speciesidentified. There are36species that belong to the phylum of diatom,12species belong tochrysophyta, there are also2species that belong to cyanophyta. According to the survey,diatoms and chrysophyta dominate the2surveyed areas. In the yearly survey, thecorrelation with phytoplankton and environmental factors have a certain degree of changeduring seasons in Zhongjieshan islands coastal areas. In Qingbang islands coastal areas, thecorrelation between density of phytoplankton and environmental factors mainly reflects innutrient content of its impact.In the survey of the distribution of phytoplankton during daytime and night time insummer and autumn near Qingbang islands coastal areas. We found there is obviouschange in the numbers in the daytime and nighttime. The trend of change on the surface isdifferent from that at the bottom, the cell density decreases while the depth increases. Inthe survey of spring-neap tide, the study result of phytoplankton community distinguishesfrom different seasons.
