Land cover and changes as a product of human social and economic activities,directly affects the land surface environment and geographical landscape. That isimportant basic information of Global change research, climate change projections, anintegral part of the ecological environment assessment, geographic national conditionsand monitoring of macro-control analysis. The current land cover informationobtained through remote sensing image and then by the professional and technicalpersonnel interpretation, mapping, published on the Internet. Some images can not beconfirmed due to the complexity of the geographical environment, diversity oflandforms, or even acknowledge the error, and professional and technical personneldid not go to the scene, this requires the public to participate in the interaction, tocomplete the checking of the data, to be users, the purpose of service to ourcustomers.To address this issue, the focus of this study is to collect samples, data collection,network of cross-validation system combined with land cover. On the internet toprovide a platform for the participation of the community, interact with each other tojointly verify the reliability of the data, for this purpose do the following researchwork:(1) Analysis of cross-validation system in land cover changes in the demand forinformation services, pointed out the defects of traditional Web service model changeinformation to identify interaction data validation; On the basis of analysis of theresearch status quo at home and abroad, propose rich client technology-based networkmeans, validate the data standard analysis, database design. (2) In this paper, based on the framework of the rich client technology for networkinteraction problems. Introduced and analyzed, as well as the content included in therich client technology and development, and the need to adopt what kind of methodsto achieve; Web2.0technologies is an important supporting role for space-based blog,also solve the problem of the interaction between users.(3) As the complex diversity of geographical landscape features, land coverinformation, proposed the classification criteria of the validation data; Generally canbe divided into four categories, namely artificial covering, water, arable land, bareland, forestry, irrigation, grass; Were analyzed for each of the categories of typicalshape and the image feature provides a reference standard to verify the data.(4) This article database using SQL Server2005, user rights database and verify thedata in the database design is divided; User rights database using role-based accesscontrol methods, E-RBAC model, users, roles, user groups, permissions; Validationdata database design takes into account the level of the user, the source of the data andquality problems, also set aside a room for expansion, and solve the validationproblem of land cover information.(5) On the basis of the above research, we proposed Cross-validation system of theland cover networked. Microsoft Visual Studio2008as a development platform anddevelopment environment, ASP.NET and C#as the development language, Achieveda network label, map browsing, interaction between users, Changchun CityChao-yang Park water, as example, to obtain the desired results in data validation andimprove the professional and technical personnel to participate in the mechanism.Obtained by experiment, the cross-validation system of land cover network toparticipate in multi-user is clear that the reduction of the water, as well as reference toreviewing and rating the basic realization of the remote sensing data validation.
