In recent years, the research of control of ionosphere weather is very popular, choose TEC as one of the important parameters also commonly. The dynamic characteristics of the electric not only protect the creatures of the earth from the sun ultraviolet radiation and the universe of high energy particles directly influence, but also can reflect low frequency radio signals, allow the distant radio communication can be realized. Ionosphere plays an important part in spread of radio waves and human aerospace and other space activities, account for the wave bends, scattering, and absorption effect. The ionosphere dramatic change lead to serious influnce in communication, navigation and many ground radio technology system. According to Chinese tropical cyclone yearbook, using typhoon events from1996to2004in Fujian, geomagnetic data index from NOAA, using the TEC data from the earth system science data sharing network which provides25observatory in Chinese region2.5°×2.5°. Thus we use the difference method and timing superposition method combining analysis software to research the TEC disturbance response. The results show:(1) TEC has certain changes between longitude and latitude, that is in the same latitude but different longitude the TEC to be not much differ in same time;(2) In three days or so before typhoon landing,TEC had appeared disturbance, the value of TEC drops first and then incresses;(3) The day before typhoon approaching land, the value of TEC becomes largest, but when the speed of typhoon becomes maximum, the value becomes minimum.(4) From the path study of typhoon, the value of TEC changes in the center of typhoon presents a opposite correlation with the landing sites, during the period in the speed of typhoon becoming to largest, this reason may be due to the typhoon formation mechanism and strong wind shear and convergence;(5) We also found that the change to the TEC especially outstanding performance in a certain period of time during the day...
