The main work of this paper is to research and design the computerized logging system. The down-hole tool which uploads logging signal by coded signal is widely used. But the surface system which specially designed for coded signal processing is rarely. On this condition, this paper designs an embedded computerized logging coded signal processing system.From the actual situation of computerized logging, this paper firstly introduces the working flow of logging, and then analyzes the characteristics of the coded signal in logging process. Combined with the expected target of the system, the design is divided into different circuit function module based on LPC2294, which include the encoded signal conditioning, the encoded signal conversion, depth signal conversion, CAN bus communication, and LCD display circuit, thus realizes the hardware design of the system. The design method combines the high performance ARM chip with the CAN bus communication and the different function circuit, so the system basically fulfills the signal processing demands in logging, it also improves the reliability of data transmission and the real-time capability of the system. In order to improve the real-time performance of the system, the paper porting the embedded real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ on LPC2294in the software design. Proceeding from the function of the system, the software is divided into four specific task modules, to complete the design of the system software.At the end, the paper introduces the debugging process of pulse signal and coded signal on the hardware platform. Through the debugging results observation, the system realizes the acquisition and processing to the pulse and coded signal, so we achieve the purpose to design this system.
