The paper is divided into two parts.The first part is derived SGC7901gastriccancer cell as the object of study. Experiments using a negative high voltage output,are0kV、2kV、6kV、12kV、18kV、24kV、30kV, the control group (0kV) in additionto no prick electric field radiation, other conditions are the same as the experimentalgroup. All groups were continuous irradiation3days,30minutes everyday, twoconsecutive time interval of24hours.After the end of the electric field irradiation,were placed at37°C,5%CO2incubator to continue to foster. In forth days, MTTassay.The second part is based on40C57BL/6female solid tumors in mice in thisstudy.40mice were randomly divided into Group A, Group B, Group C, Group D (n=10). Group A without any electric field treatment, other conditions are the same asthe experimental group; group B plus18kV electric field treatment;Group C plus1.8kV electric field treatment; Group D plus18kV electric field treatment, after sixhours plus1.8kV electric field treatment. Experiments using a negative high voltageoutput, each electric field irradiation30minutes, the time interval24hours,continuous processing15days, to stop the electric field treatment to continue to raise.The expense of two solid tumors in mice for the first16days of each group wererandomly pull neck, remove the subcutaneous tumor, to take part of the tumor cellapoptosis was detected by flow cytometry, and the remaining tumor tissue byimmunohistochemical staining of apoptosis related of P53, bcl-2protein expression,the rest of the solid tumor in mice survival observed.The experimental results that the prick negative electric field can inhibit gastriccancer cell’s value-added, the experimental group of6kV and12kV suppression better(P<0.05). After the prick of a negative electric field, water intake and body weight ofsolid tumors in mice have increased. Prick negative electric field can promoteapoptosis of solid tumor cells, promoting solid tumor cell apoptosis in P53, bcl-2protein expression. Prick negative electric field can be extended to solid tumors inmice survival time and improve the life extension rate of solid tumors in mice.
