In combustion field, the flame temperature measurement is very important and it isuseful for determining the condition and composition of the flame. So far there is a lot ofkinds of methods for the flame temperature measurement, such as thermocouple, thermalresistance and other traditional methods, and the optical temperature measurement methodwhich is developing rapidly along with the laser and the development of computertechnology. The traditional method of temperature measurement could realize a special point anda special time measurement without timeliness. The optical temperature measurementmethod could made up the disadvantage of the traditional method. Furthermore,non-contact, high accuracy and no disturbance for the field under test are the mostimportant advantage of optical temperature measurement. This paper presents a method tomeasure the flame temperature field by Michelson interferometer. This kind of device issimple and easy to operate. The interferometric thermometry is effective to measure thetemperature of flame with no-contact, distinguishability of time and space. This experiment is about that laser pass the temperature field, the flame temperaturewas measured by Abel conversion and the change of laser refractive index. But thismearsurement was used to study the flame with traditional concentric circles which isequally partitioned space. In this essay, we portioned traditional concentric circle inequality, then we can achieve an only linear solution. This measurement promoted accuracy andthe change of temperature field. In addition we programmed the measurement forcomputer language, the result will rapidly achieved when type in the data measured.
