Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of global economy,human demand on resources andthe environment is increasing, the polar regions has become all countries compete forattention because of its abundant oil, metals and other mineral resources. At the sametime the polar regions in terms of military strategy, scientific research, environmentalprotection is extremely important value, is the direct embodiment of a country’sinternational status, comprehensive national power and development ability. With therapid development of Antarctic exploration activities, the study of the polar expeditiontechnology increasingly deep ice drilling, coring technology as one of the main meansof the polar expedition, obtained the development in the world deeply system.This study is based on the Antarctic ice technology, well logging instrument todesign a set of safe, reliable Antarctic deep ice drilling. The normal operation anddownhole instrument working environment and the main module working state areinseparable, because the system needs to be at low temperature, high pressure, highvibration environment for long time operation, the system design should take intoaccount many aspects of the problem. This system is part of the work of downholedrill environmental parameters and upload the measurement in real time, theseconditions including temperature, pressure, liquid bit azimuth, inclination, drill speed,motor current, cable tension, at the same time, through the host computer for display,storage, due to polar conditions, especially in underground environment it is difficultto speculate, according to the actual requirements of the above project system shouldhave the characteristics of low temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, highreliability etc.Therefore, in the drilling equipment should have a set of accurate, rapid, reliable measurement system, ensure the environment data and each module working state realtime transmission for wells. The part is responsible for the collection and monitoringof environmental data mine all and main module working state, and to the controlsystem to provide real-time data feedback, so as to achieve efficient, safe drillingmethod.Through the system can reflect the real working condition of drilling processreal-time, provides reliable data for the field staff to ensure the decision of drilling,drilling engineering safety, stability, controllability and real-time, the Antarcticexploration activities have practical reference value and application value.
