This thesis focuses on Leymus chinensis and Phragmites communis in Songnen grassland,we simulated warming by using the Infrared Radiator and nitrogen (N) application byreceiving ammonium nitrate, to explore the impact of the warming and N application onmorphological and anatomical structure of Leymus chinensis and Phragmites communis. Wecompleted the study by collecting the sample in the outside and analyzing indoor during theperiods from2010to2011.The experiment explores the responses to manipulations of four treatments: ambient, warming, N application, and warming plus N application. After two growing seasons, the result showed that the morphological of Leymus chinensis and Phragmites communisresponded to warming and N application treatment haven’t significant differences from theambient. But the anatomical structure haven. For the morphological of Leymus chinensis and Phragmites communis, the stem length, stem diameter, leaf length, leaf width responded to the three treatment haven’t significantdifferences from the ambient. But the Leymus chinensis’s leaf number is becoming reducesignificantly with warming and N application in May(P<0.05) and the nodes number isbecoming reduce significantly by N application and warming plus N application at the sametime(P<0.05). So it can be inferred that warming, N application and warming plus Napplication will delay jointing of Leymus chinensis, but the end of number of nodes will notbe affected significantly. For the Phragmites communis, the nodes number is becomingincrease significantly with N application in May(P<0.01). It can clearly be seen that Napplication will make advance jointing of Phragmites communis, but the end of number ofnodes will not be affected significantly. For the anatomical structure of Leymus chinensis and Phragmites communis, thewarming treatment is a significant promotor for the Leymus chinensis’s vascular in May(P<0.01).But at the same time, the treatment of warming plus N application is asignificant Inhibitor(P<0.05). The treatment of N application is becoming asignificant Inhibitor in June(P<0.01), the acreage of the vascular is smaller than otherstreatment. The acreage of the vascular is becoming increase significantly with warming andwarming plus N application in July(P<0.01). For the guard cell’s size, the guard cell’s widthis becoming increase significantly with warming and warming plus N application in May(P<0.01),and it is becoming increase significantly with N application and warming plus Napplication in June(P<0.01). The guard cell’s thickness is becoming increase significantlywith warming and warming plus N application in July(P<0.01).For the acreage of the substomatic chamber,it is becoming increase significantly with warming and N application inMay(P<0.01) and is becoming increase significantly with N application in June(P<0.01)andis becoming increase significantly with the three treatments in July(P<0.05). It can clearly beseen that warming and N application will accelerate growth for the substomatic chamber. The treatment of N application is a significant promoting factor for the Phragmitescommunis’s vascular in May(P<0.01).But the treatment of warming and warming plus Napplication is a significant Inhibitor in June. The treatment of warming plus N application isalso a significant Inhibitor in July(P<0.01).For the guard cell’s size, the treatment ofwarming plus N application is a significant promotor in May. The guard cell’s thickness isbecoming reduce significantly with N application in July(P<0.01).For the acreage of thesubstomatic chamber,it is becoming increase significantly with the three treatments in Mayand June(P<0.01)but is becoming reduce significantly with warming and warming plus Napplication in July(P<0.01).
