Nature is a highly complex collaborative system. Is not usually compete with each other only two or three animal symbiosis. In fact, the nature of the process is closely linked. In natural ecosystem, Predator-prey relationship is the most basic relationships between species. In this paper, first analyze the behavior of the existing predator-prey model, the complex interactions between predator and prey make the ecosystem as a stable, self-sustaining system in a long-term co-evolution.Secondly, application of synergetics theory methods of Lotka-Volterra model steady state linear stability analysis and nonlinear stability analysis, theoretically explained by the predator and prey composition of the ecological system, the number of self-organization phenomenon of oscillation over time, then analyzed the two groups and three groups of predator-prey models by MATLAB, the numerical simulation shows that when the population reaches a certain level of volume, their numbers have stabilized at a certain range. Description to meet certain conditions of interdependence, the number of changes they will eventually become stable, so as to achieve the ecological balance in real life. The results show that this model has a better practical significance in the practical ecosystems.
