Multi-sensor based navigation information fusion system represents the trend of next generation navigation systems with the high performance of independence, high precision and reliability. This thesis presents a new multi-sensor data fusion methodology for GPS/GLONASS/BEIDOU/LORAN-C integrated navigation systems. This methodology uses the optimal fusion algorithm of weighted averages for navigation data to enhance the accuracy and reliability of integrated navigation systems.For the actual needs of ship navigation and positioning equipment, the system selects the GPS、GLONASS、BEIDOU、LORAN-C as the target system combination. The system through the combination of satellite navigation and positioning system, and ground-base navigation and positioning system, to improve the stability and reliability of the system positioning. In addition, the system is through a combination of domestic navigation and positioning equipment and foreign navigation and positioning equipment, so as to proved a guarantee for the wartime ship navigation and positioning system security and reliability.This system uses the optimal fusion algorithm of weighted averages for navigation data. Calculated in this way is relatively small, and it have good tracking performance at constant speed and constant acceleration condition. This algorithm is base on the measured mean square error of each sensor to determine the weighted factor, and then fuse the different sensor’s information.At first this thesis briefly describes the status of the satellite navigation and positioning system, and then discusses the limitations of single sensor navigation and positioning system. To further the significance of multi-sensor navigation information integration system is derived. At last this thesis discusses the design and implements process of this system.
