Abstract/Summary:
This paper studies the optimal control problems constituted by Affinely linear (on the state functions) Volterra integral equation system with both distributed and discretely nonlinear time delays, compact control field constraint and control-state separated type objective functional. The necessary conditions and sufficient conditions etc. are given and proved. Then they are applied to the design of an algorithm by which one can get the near-optimal control functions.
