In flowering plant sexual reproduction pollen germination and pollen tube growth play an important role, which will sent the male gamete sperm to the embryo sac in order to double fertilization, the pollen tube tip-growing is a kind of extreme polarity growth way. The regulation mechanism of growth can provide useful information and molecular tools for controlling different cell growth in the future. ROP class small G protein as molecular switching plays an important role in polarity establishment, which can switch between being combined with the GTP activity state and being combined with GDP inactive state. RopGEF (small G protein guanosine monophosphate transfer factor) can promote the ROP to be GTP active state, and RopGEF was identified class receptor protein as partner protein for kinase, because it can be combined with LePRKs which is pollen receptor kinase of cell membrane positioning. Here, we use mathematical modeling method inspect pollen receptor kinase,which catalyze ROP pointing activation by kinase partner protein RopGEFto establish and maintain pollen tube germination and growth process, and by this we can explain and predict observed abnormal phenotypes of pollen tube germination and growth in the experiment of the concentration of the LePRKs or RopGEF genetic changing. In this paper, we stablish complex partial differential equations on sphere and use the"radial projection "finite element method to numerical simulate it, then we discuss time and space error estimation of the method. Finally, we classification research dynamic evolution mechanism of the pollen tube tip-growing polarity, four groups of data results show that the membrane active small G protein will have a transient increase, which may be felt by effect protein and begin to related cell events of pollen tube germination. The results and biological experimental results are basically the same.
