Shiyan-Tianshui highway’s Huangjiapo Landslide is a typical mountain Landslide In thispaper, combined with domestic and foreign literature, it made a detailed exposition andanalysis about the landslide’s all the landslide governance.,including its founding,theinvestigation, the design, the program comparison and the selection of monitoring governanceBased on the summary of the analysis of landslide stability at home and abroad, this paperused the limit equilibrium analysis and numerical analysis of the stability of the landslide tomake evaluations.On the basement of Huangjiapo landslide governance monitoring, it established acomplete landslide monitoring system. Based on the deep displacement, surface deformation,gap pressure, groundwater table and prestressed anchors monitoring results, the paperanalysed the landslide’s location, the extent, and its deformation of the sliding surface,anddetermined the stability of the landslide, the analysis of retaining structures, state, andguidance entire landslide governance and subgrade excavation process. Through the survey ofits natural and geology situation, the surface morphology and the structural properties,thepaper analysised the causes and influence factors of Huangjiapo Landslide.According to the survey of landslide physical and mechanical parameters, it establishedthe MIDAS/GTS finite element analysis model. And it analysised the stability of the landslidefrom the different treatment stages and excavation conditions. Then compared the actualmonitoring of displacement with the numerical analysis of displacement,to get the differentstages of the change of the stability factor, and to evaluate the control effect of the landslide.On this basement, it using the finite element analysis of seepage-the role of stress couplinglandslide. The rainstorm and earthquake is the most important factor for landslide stabilityoperations, then using the MIDAS/GTS finite element software to simulate the analysis ofthese two conditions the stability of the landslide to make predictions on the future stability ofthe landslide.Hope the entire process analysis of the stability and design, governance, monitoring, ofHuangjiapo Landslide could provide the reference to such a typical mountain engineeringLandslide.
