With the development of science and technology, the requirement for the system isbecoming more and more highly. The system which is designed according to the static orsteady state conditions can’t meet the requirement. So, in order to obtain the good system, itmust be designed with the method of dynamic analysis. Nowadays, the design of somecomplex products, like the vehicles and the airplane, often involve the areas of machinery, electron, control, hydraulic pressure, pneumatic, and software. Because different areas havedifferent characteristics, it must have the question of coupling problem among different areas. To study the dynamic characters of these complex systems, the use of the method that onlyfits the specific area apparently can’t reach the requirement. Because of this reason, thisarticle pays attention to the research of the modeling and simulation for multi-domain systemsbased on the bond graph. It is a new try to use the20sim software to make a multi-domainsystem modeling with the method of the bond graph. In the paper, we give the particularprocess from the simple unique area to the complex multi-domain. The main innovationpoints as follows:Firstly, aiming at the development of the multi-domain system from the unique area to themulti-domain, we make a modeling and simulation for the unique area especially the electronarea under the environment of the software of the20sim. In the electron area, we make amodeling and simulation based on the bond graph aiming at the simple active filter circuit–KHK firstly, then the complex circuit-Chua’s Circuit. In the end, it proves that we use themethod of the bond graph in the modeling of the unique area system is effective and reliable.Secondly, aiming at the multi-domain system including the electron area, magnetic field, mechanical domain, hydraulic domain, thermodynamics domain of the bonding graphmodeling and simulation, we discuss the operating principle of the electromagnetic pump andbuild the power bond graph model of the electron area—magnetic field—mechanicaldomain—hydraulic domain. The simulation analyzes the state of the water out and in theelectromagnetic pump. Based on the building of the bond graph model of the electromagneticpump, we choose the electromagnetic pump’s heat condition as the research object and buildthe pseudo-bond graph model of the electron area—magnetic field—mechanicaldomain—hydraulic domain—thermodynamics domain, and research the reasons of rippleproduce and eliminate in the process of simulation. That can provides some theoretical basisfor the research of the bond graph in the multi-domain system.
