MiRNAs are small non-coding RNAs involved in fine-tuning of gene regulation.MiRNAs are short, about21nucleotides in length, non-coding, regulatory RNA moleculesrepresenting a new layer in post-transcriptional gene expression regulation. MiRNA142-3p has important role in erythropoiesis and its regulation so in our study we try to findexactly miRNA142-3p role in the regulation of erythropoiesis and find miRNA142-3ptarget in Haematopoiesis. Over expression of miRNA142-3p caused significantly decreasein erythropoiesis and blood formation but in the same time miRNA-142knockdownembryos had significantly fewer myeloid progenitor cells and expanded erythroidprogenitor cells, and this confirms that miRNA142-3p essential role to determination ofmyelo-erythroid progenitor cell fate in vivo.
