In recent years,the high—rise building is developed rapidly and the structurewith compisitive use of complex body and various functions is developed.From thefunction needing of the building,the top needs small axis dimension which has to beassigned,the next function part hopes that there is as big as possible free space,it isheavy for network to take post,for satisfying building the requests of function,thestructure must be by fixing up contrary to routine way,in order to realize that thiskind fixes up,must set up a special floor between the underpart in structrue forms aredifferent,make it bear top the internal force of structure and transmit and giveunderpart structure to play Structure change the floors of function reliable.It is calledtransfer floor.Concrete-filled rectangular steel tube truss transfer floor is a new kindof transfer.Steel reinforced concrete truss transfer story is a new conversion layerstructure and it has such merit.In the background of a practical project,used the finite element softwareSAP2000,established the three dimensional finite element analysis model of theoriginal structure. Firstly, through analysis of different models and comparisonsamong the stress characteristics, the optimal model of truss transfer storey is obtained,the influence of tilted belly poles arrangement on stress characteristics is concluded.Then, by analysis of monitor data in construction site, thus verify the accuracy ofdesign calculation. Moreover, the optimal models have some problems, this paperproposes some solutions.The present paper mainly uses ANSYS to transform the structure carries on thefinite element analysis under the temperature distribution function stress and thedistortion. According to the practical engineering in HeFei, by analyzing the characterof temperature in each stage and improving the calculation principle of temperatureeffect and selection of temperature variation, moreover, some selection of temperaturevariation which have control effect in engineering design are chosen to analysis thecharacter of deformation and stiffness of temperature, these offer the reference to theengineering design.
