Almost periodic solutions to research stochastic differential equation in manyfelds has its important signifcance. In this paper we study square-mean almost peri-odic solution of neutral stochastic integro-differential equations with delay and somenon-autonomous stochastic integro-differential equations. We make extensive useof the well-known fxed point theorem and Cauchy Schwarz inequality obtain theabove equation for existence of square-mean almost periodic solution. The frame ofthis paper is following:Chapter1, Introduce History background and some important knowledge for thispaper.Chapter2, Introduce the preliminary knowledge, theory and their proofs to thispaper.Chapter3, Existence and uniqueness of square-mean almost periodic solutionsto a class non-autonomous stochastic integro-differential equation in Hilbert space.Chapter4, Existence and uniqueness of square-mean almost periodic solutions tosome neutral stochastic integro-differential equation with unbounded delays in Hilbertspace.
