Almost periodic solutions to research stochastic differential equation in manyfelds has its important signifcance. In this paper we study square-mean almost peri-odic solution of neutral stochastic integro-differential equations with delay and somenon-autonomous stochastic integro-differential equations. We make extensive useof the well-known fxed point theorem and Cauchy Schwarz inequality obtain theabove equation for existence of square-mean almost periodic solution.
