After nearly50years of mining, Daqing Oilfield has come into the high water content stage, The maximum moisture content has reached more than90%, To ensure the sustained and stable yield of Daqing Oilfield, Underground injection of energy is required as the displacement energy in the output of crude oil. At present, water injection, polymer injection and gas injection are mainly used in the oil fields. Of which, water injection is widely used in the8th oil production plant. As a result, reasonable injection of water and exploitation of the reservoir are basic ways in the development of Daqing oil field. Layer water injection and stratified tests have become significant measures to ensure the sustained and stable yield in the current period of Daqing oilfield. In this background, isotopic tracer logging and supporting testing technology came into being. This article discussed the application of this technology in the process of oilfield in detail, with isotope injection profile logging as its main research object.The isotopic tracer logging belongs to production logging category, it is an important way to analyze, evaluate the reservoir and monitor the process of production dynamically. Magnetic orientation logging records the information about the depth of downhole tools and column. The gamma logging reflects the lithology situation of the original layer, and the temperature and pressure curve of the hole monitors the trend of the temperature and pressure change in the wellbore. And the flow curve displays the water situation of all the taps visually. By analyzing the water situation in the reservoirs, judging the situation of reservoirs under use, we can adjust injection, carry out distribution of injection reasonably and enhanced oil recovery according to the test information.With the application of isotope logging in the8th oil production plant of Daqing oil field as its research direction, this article elaborated the principle of isotope logging, the geological environment of the peripheral "three low" oilfields, the situation of application and development in the8th oil production plant,discussed in detail about the principles and interpretations of the results of Injection profile logging interpretation technique, including:①Elaborated the development situation, working and testing principles of the relevant equipments about the isotopic tracer technique. ②Analyzed the geological situation of the8th plant-owned oil fields.③Discussed the application situation of the isotope logging technique in the8th oil production plant in detail.④Discussed the problems solved in practical application with the help of the interpretation and measurement results of isotope data logging.The technology discussed in this article has been proved to be efficient, and it has been widely used in Daqing oil field, what is more, it has made its contribution to stabilizing oil production and controlling water cut.
